Located in Nuuk’s beautiful colonial port, the museum is housed in and old boatyard. The museum opened in 2019, and the permanent exhibitions take the visitors back to the 1950s onwards where Nuuk was on its peak on becoming the capital. In addition, the museum has changing exhibitions.
